Joni arrived at the woods on Bonfire Night 2023, along with her siblings Ziggy and Hope.  They had been abandoned in some woodland at only four weeks old, and had managed to survive as some locals had been feeding them.  However, as the weather had started to grow colder, and they had attracted the interest of some local hunters, it was imperative that a rescue space was found for them.  A foster home had fallen through, so we were left with no choice but to take them in, despite being full already.

Joni is a very chatty girl.  She is loud and dramatic, especially at mealtimes.  She is often teased by Nancy the goat, who gives her the occasional butt.
