Alice arrived in September 2022, along with Hugo.  They had been kept together in a very small trailer for two weeks by a farmer who had missed the market date. 

​

Alice is a gentle and sensitive pig and when she arrived, she was very depressed after the abuse she had suffered.  She also has poor vision due to her eyelids being too heavy, and her large ears.  She now has the freedom of the wood to explore, and Hugo also helps to guide her so she doesn't get lost.  Despite her poor eyesight, she seems to be able to navigate her way to the feeding area with no problems!
